Spanish classes for learners with ADHD

The question isn't how much Spanish you already know — it's what you need to actually focus and enjoy learning it.

Long, rigid classes with no room to move rarely work for a brain with ADHD. Attention isn't a switch you flip — it needs the right conditions: the right session length, the right pace, and content that's actually interesting to you.

That's why before anything else, we get to know how you focus best: what time of day, how long a session should be, whether you need movement breaks, and what topics grab your attention enough to power through the hard parts.

How we adapt classes for ADHD

  • Flexible session length: 30-minute or full-hour classes, whichever works for your focus.
  • Movement and breaks: built in whenever they help, not treated as a distraction.
  • Your interests as fuel: gaming, sports, music, whatever your hyperfocus is — we use it.
  • Visual structure and clear plans to reduce overwhelm.
  • One-on-one, so pacing adapts to you, not a group.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the person. Some learners do best in 30-minute sessions, others prefer a full hour with built-in movement breaks. We figure that out together.

Yes — if you hyperfocus on something like gaming, sports, music or a TV show, we build Spanish lessons around it.
